Our direct heat / constant heat sealers seal most types of thermoplastic packaging material, but are especially ideal for
thicker material such as coated aluminum foil, Kraft paper, cellophane, mylar, coated PP.
Please note: direct heat sealers cannot seal polyethylene. Depending on the model of the sealer, material up to 16" wide and 20 mil thick can be sealed.
The meshed seal width is 10mm. Equipped with a digital temperature controller that accurately controls the temperature from 125*-600* F (50*-320*C). Both jaws are heated simultaneously resulting in better heat penetration to seal thicker material. Units also include an adjustable work table.
